Sync accurate payroll data from day one
Xemplo lets you onboard staff, collect timesheets, and manage leave and expenses in one place. Workers submit their hours and variations through the mobile app or online portal, and managers review and approve everything digitally. All approved data syncs automatically to our payroll team, ready for processing.

Our payroll experts prepare your pay run
Our payroll specialists validate all data and exceptions in Xemplo, then prepare a clear pre-run summary outlining any variances or items that need review.

View and review pay runs in real-time

Will we lose control of our payroll?
No. You stay fully in control of every pay run. You review and approve each cycle before it’s processed, and you can see everything we see, including pre-run summaries, variances, STP status, reports, and audit trails. Xemplo simply removes the manual work, not the oversight.
What does the setup process involve?
A one-off configuration followed by validation to ensure accuracy. We set up your pay groups, calendars, awards and allowances, prepare your data, and run 2–3 parallel cycles with variance checks. Once accuracy is confirmed, we move to go-live.
What happens every pay cycle?
Your team enters changes; we validate, prepare, and finalise the run. You onboard staff, approve time, and update any changes in Xemplo. We validate the data, prepare the pre-run summary for your approval, then finalise the run, lodge STP, generate super outputs, and deliver the reports.
Are you ready for PayDay Super (from 1 July 2026)?
Yes, our process and integrations fully support PayDay Super requirements with several clients already live. We’re prepared to help businesses pay SG on payday at 12% with the correct reporting cadence, and we’ll guide you through the transition ahead of the deadline.
